Ardingly Astana Issues Bonds Totalling KZT 4.906 Billion
Astana, 2 July 2025 – Ardingly Astana, the branch of Ardingly College, one of the UK’s leading independent schools, has announced the issuance of bonds totalling KZT 4,906,000,000 on the Astana International Exchange (AIX).
The bonds have received official registration and represent the School’s first issuance of debt securities. Holders will receive quarterly coupon payments at a fixed annual rate of 21.5%, secured for the full five-year maturity period.
The bond prospectus includes covenants designed to provide additional investor protections, including the right to request early redemption in the event of covenant breaches.
