Execution of General Construction Contract
Ardingly Astana LLP is pleased to announce the execution of General Construction Contract No. ARD/44, dated 10 July 2025, with Rise Capital LLP.
Under the terms of the contract, Rise Capital LLP has been appointed as the main contractor for the full turnkey construction of a new campus for Ardingly Astana, located in Astana.
The total contract value is KZT 7,402,931,880 (inclusive of 12% VAT), which exceeds 5% of the company’s net assets as per its latest audited financial statements. Accordingly, the transaction constitutes a Significant Transaction in accordance with the disclosure requirements of the Astana International Exchange (AIX).
Completion of construction is scheduled no later than 15 August 2026.
